We currently ship to addresses in Australia.

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $12.00 per order. 

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.00 per order. 

Free Express delivery for all orders over $200.00.

Exchange and Returns Policy

At Lily & Loki, we want you to love your organic clothing garment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free and easy exchanges and returns within 15 days of delivery.

How to Exchange or Return:

1. Please email us at info@lilyandloki.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for exchange or return.

2. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and in saleable condition.

4. Once we receive your return, we will process it as a full refund to the payment method used to place your order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unworn and in saleable condition with tags attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days] of receiving your return.
